Personal practice is the heart of yoga. Having guidance to design a practice that works for you is essential. The goal of private sessions is that you end up with a practice to do on your own.
Together we craft a personal practice that fits your schedule, and address your needs and intentions. It can be as short as 15 minutes a day, or as long as an hour.
Typically we will meet for an hour, then I’ll design a practice and go over it with you. You practice it for awhile and let me know how it works. We check in with each other and change the practice as needed to address changes in you and your life. Practices include asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and personalized meditation.
Cost $125 includes initial meeting and follow up meeting. Written practice with one on one instruction.
